Here's the short version: we use a little information to understand how people find and use our site, and to respond when you reach out. We don't sell it. We never will.

What we collect, and why

When you visit this site, we use Google Analytics to see how people are using it — which pages get viewed, roughly where visitors come from, what kind of device they're on. It's the digital equivalent of counting who walks through the door and which aisles they browse. It helps us make the site better.

When you fill out our demo request form, we collect the details you choose to give us — your name, email, station name, market, and anything you type in the message. We use that information for one thing: to get back to you about a demo.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't rent it or trade it. We use it in-house, for the reasons above, and that's the end of it. There's no secret second use.

We do advertise. If you found us through an ad on Facebook or Instagram, Meta's advertising tools tell us that the ad worked — that someone who saw it visited our site, or asked for a demo. That's how we know whether to keep paying for the ad. It's measurement, not a sale of your data, but it does mean Meta receives information about your visit, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it.

The services that help run the site

Like most websites, ours relies on a few trusted outside services to work. They handle certain data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms — we don't give any of them permission to use your information for their own marketing:

• Google Analytics — provides the anonymous usage statistics described above. You can opt out of it with most ad-blockers or your browser's privacy settings.
• Formspree — delivers your demo-form submission to our inbox. The contact details you enter pass through their service on the way to us.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — we run ads there, and Meta's pixel tells us whether they're working. It sets a cookie and reports back that a visit or a demo request happened. You can limit this through your Meta ad preferences, your browser's privacy settings, or an ad-blocker.
• Cloudflare — hosts and protects the site. As part of serving and securing pages, it may log basic technical information (such as your IP address) and set a security cookie. This is standard for keeping a website online and safe from bad actors.

Cookies, briefly

A cookie is a small file a website can store in your browser. We use them lightly: Google Analytics uses cookies to tell repeat visits apart, Meta's pixel uses one to connect an ad to a visit, and Cloudflare may set one for security. You can clear or block cookies anytime through your browser settings — the site will still work.

Your choices

You're in control. You can block analytics with an ad-blocker or your browser's privacy settings, and clear cookies whenever you like. If you've contacted us through the form and you'd like your information removed from our records, just ask and we'll take care of it.
